 Mr. DiJoseph successfully represented a law firm which claimed it had been improperly denied any share of the legal fee in a matter in which it had negotiated a significant settlement before it was substituted by another firm. Although the trial court found the original firm was not entitled to any portion of the fee, Mr. DiJoseph obtained a reversal of that decision on appeal and secured almost $200,000 in legal fees for the firm.
