 Arnold E. DiJoseph, is a seasoned litigator with over twenty years extensive experience as a trial and appellate attorney. He has personally handled hundreds of motor vehicle accident cases, all types of private and public property incidents, numerous personal injury and wrongful death cases. These cases are of a wide variety that include medical malpractice, products liability, construction accidents, exposure to toxic substances, defective medical device and pharmaceutical products. He has also developed familiarity with workers compensation, adoption, and custody proceedings, nursing home negligence and abuse.
